Ranson Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care in Huntersville, NC has a passion for helping seniors enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle in a beautiful, supportive environment focused on socialization, good food, good health, safety and independence. Meck is able to partner with them to build relationships with the seniors living in the center.

Serve days may look different every month depending on the talent and abilities of those serving, but can include art, games, reading to residents and puzzles. The residents at Ranson Ridge love having visitors (especially children). There is a piano and a microphone for those who wish to provide any type of music for residents - hymns are always a big hit. These serve days take place on the third Saturday of the month from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Another serve opportunity with Ranson Ridge is participating in their monthly birthday celebration on the last Tuesday of every month from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. At the monthly party they celebrate all the resident birthdays for that month. They would love to have some families or individuals attend the party to help serve cake and sing to the residents. If you or anyone in your family has a special talent such as singing or dancing, this would be the perfect time to showcase your talent! They would also love any trivia you might want to put together or anything else creative you'd like to showcase. The residents would just love to see some smiling friendly faces to help celebrate with them. This is a great opportunity for families with younger children ages 4+.
