When you consider the recent shifts in gender roles and gender identity, the exposure of toxic masculinity exposed by the #metoo movement, the growing absence of fathers in modern households, and the resistance to adulthood present in male youth, it’s no wonder that so many men are experiencing an identity crisis. In the first of three monthly seminars with Senior Pastor Jim White, he invites the men of Meck to explore with him how manhood is defined by God. We’ll discuss biblical masculinity, diffuse confusion about male roles, explore the need for accountability, and address the critical mission that Christian men have in modern society.
