Global Extension Trips

Meck is a faithful partner to Puerta del Cielo (Heaven's Gate) orphanage on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where staff care for children who have faced tragic circumstances, prioritizing keeping siblings together—an uncommon practice. Meck supports their mission to provide safety, care, and the love of Jesus to these children. This year, a team from Meck will visit the orphanage to organize activities, encourage the staff, and deliver essential donations, offering both practical and emotional support to the children and staff.

For over a decade, Meck has partnered with Won By One to Jamaica to serve the community of Harmons, Jamaica, through education, discipleship, and economic development. The trip's main goal is to build relationships with the people of Harmons, offering both spiritual and physical support. Meck teams participate in a variety of outreach activities, such as helping to build homes for the homeless, taking “faith walks” to share the gospel, and working with children in schools to encourage learning and motivation.
